A well-established national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Carlsbad office litigation team. The role focuses on litigation across employment & labor, healthcare, professional liability and construction matters.

The successful candidate will lead significant matters, manage and develop teams, and play a central role in client development. A portable practice or ability to bring and grow client relationships is welcome.

Partner-level litigation experience, with a focus on employment/labor and related healthcare or construction matters
Proven trial and/or dispositive motion experience and courtroom presence
Track record of originating or expanding client relationships; portable business preferred
Strong matter leadership and team management skills
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in California
