Partner — Litigation & Securities, Carlsbad

An established litigation partner is sought for the Carlsbad office of a national law firm. The role will focus on high-stakes commercial litigation and securities-related matters, including white-collar defense and regulatory enforcement work.

The team handles litigation across federal and state courts and works with corporate clients on dispute resolution and regulatory strategy. The position offers client-facing responsibility, matter leadership and the opportunity to grow a litigation practice in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven trial and appellate litigation experience, including securities or white-collar matters
• Strong client development and relationship-management skills
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (California preferred) and significant prior partner-level experience
