M&A Associate — Corporate, New York

Seeking a 3–6‑year corporate associate to join a major international law firm's New York M&A team. The role focuses on cross‑border and domestic acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures and related private equity and financial‑institutions work.

You will lead aspects of transactional matters: take ownership of drafting and negotiating definitive agreements, coordinate due diligence and manage deal execution with senior lawyers and other teams. The team works on complex, high‑value transactions across sectors.

• 3–6 years' post‑qualified transactional experience at a major law firm
• Admitted to the New York Bar
• Proven experience leading acquisitions, divestitures or merger transactions and drafting definitive agreements
• Comfort managing deal process, coordinating diligence and working with cross‑border teams; private equity or financial‑institutions experience a plus
