M&A Associate — Technology Companies, San Francisco

Midlevel associate role in a busy Technology Companies M&A group based in San Francisco. The position focuses on representing technology companies and their investors in mergers, acquisitions and related corporate transactions across early- and late-stage deals.

Candidates will join deal teams and also be expected to manage discrete transaction components independently. The team culture is collaborative and cross‑practice, working with colleagues across offices and practices on sophisticated, commercial matters.

• Midlevel associate with significant M&A experience (technology-focused experience preferred)
• Experience on both early- and late-stage company transactions and advising venture capital investor clients
• Proven ability to work on teams and run components of deals independently
• Strong business sense, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and outstanding academic credentials
• California bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
