M&A Associate — Technology Companies, Silicon Valley

High-growth technology M&A team in Silicon Valley is seeking a mid‑level associate to work on buy‑ and sell‑side transactions for early‑ and late‑stage tech companies and venture capital investors. The role combines collaborative deal-team work with ownership of discrete transaction components and direct interaction with clients and outside counsel.

Ideal candidates are proactive, commercially minded transactional lawyers with strong drafting and communication skills who can manage multiple matters and contribute to business development and client relationships.

• Mid‑level associate with significant M&A transaction experience for technology companies (early‑ and/or late‑stage)
• Experience working on teams and managing components of transactions independently
• Familiarity representing venture capital investors and/or venture‑backed companies
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong commercial judgment
• California bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
