Senior commercial lawyer role within a national corporate team, open across multiple UK offices. The post sits on a transactional/commercial desk advising corporate clients on commercial contracts and related deal work.

The role requires day-to-day client contact, running and supervising transactional matters, and working collaboratively with colleagues across Bristol, Leeds, Newcastle and Southampton. You will lead parts of transactions, mentor junior fee-earners and contribute to business development for the team.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with solid commercial/transactional experience.
Proven track record drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and supporting corporate transactions.
Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers and managing case workflow.
Strong communication and client-management skills; able to work across offices and multi-disciplinary teams.
