An established law firm with multiple UK offices is hiring a senior procurement lawyer to lead and advise on high-value commercial contracting and procurement matters across its national practice. The role suits a candidate comfortable operating at Legal Director / senior counsel level and working with cross-office teams.

The post-holder will provide practical, risk-focused advice on supplier agreements, services contracts, framework arrangements and procurement processes, and will support bid and tender activity. The team acts for public- and private-sector clients on a range of contractual and procurement matters.

Qualified solicitor or equivalent UK qualification with substantial experience in procurement and commercial contracts
Proven track record of advising on supplier agreements, frameworks and tender processes
Experience working at senior level (Legal Director / senior counsel) in private practice or in-house
Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable leading cross-office matters
