Apply in confidence →An established law firm with multiple UK offices is hiring a senior procurement lawyer to lead and advise on high-value commercial contracting and procurement matters across its national practice. The role suits a candidate comfortable operating at Legal Director / senior counsel level and working with cross-office teams.
The post-holder will provide practical, risk-focused advice on supplier agreements, services contracts, framework arrangements and procurement processes, and will support bid and tender activity. The team acts for public- and private-sector clients on a range of contractual and procurement matters.
- Qualified solicitor or equivalent UK qualification with substantial experience in procurement and commercial contracts
- Proven track record of advising on supplier agreements, frameworks and tender processes
- Experience working at senior level (Legal Director / senior counsel) in private practice or in-house
- Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable leading cross-office matters
