Senior non-contentious construction lawyer role in a busy national construction team. You will play a central role in transactional delivery, client engagement and the continued growth of the practice, advising on high-profile UK construction and infrastructure projects across public and private sectors.

The team acts across a broad range of sectors including residential, commercial, life sciences, energy, transport and utilities, and supports wider real estate, finance and projects work. This role offers autonomy, significant client contact and the chance to lead matter delivery while supporting junior fee-earners.

Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in non-contentious construction law.
Proven experience advising on UK construction/engineering projects and negotiating standard and bespoke contracts (eg JCT, NEC).
Strong technical drafting and commercial advisory skills, with experience of procurement and dispute avoidance mechanisms.
Demonstrable supervisory/people management experience and willingness to contribute to practice development and innovation (including legal tech/process improvements).
