Senior/property-litigation role for an experienced solicitor to join a national real estate litigation team. This is a full-time, hybrid position with offices in Manchester or Birmingham and national casework.

The role involves managing a personal caseload of property litigation matters, representing clients across key sectors (including public sector work), supervising junior fee-earners and working with senior team members on regional and national matters and business development.

Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society registered) with 6+ years' PQE in property litigation
Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision and to supervise junior team members
Client-focused, strong written and oral advocacy, and commercial judgment; public‑sector experience advantageous
Comfortable working in a hybrid model across Manchester and Birmingham and contributing to regional/national business development
