Managing Associate, Real Estate — Manchester

Senior real estate role within a large, market-leading UK property practice based in Manchester. The role offers a mix of independent case management and collaboration with senior lawyers on high-value transactions across commercial property, development and regeneration projects.

You will manage a varied transactional caseload, use legal technology to support delivery, and take responsibility for mentoring and supervising junior team members. There is scope for business development and to deepen a sector or technical specialism within commercial property.

• UK-qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial property/real estate.
• Proven transactional experience in landlord & tenant, acquisitions, disposals, leasing or development matters.
• Confident stakeholder management and experience supervising or mentoring junior fee-earners.
• Strong organisation and client-service skills; comfortable using legal technology in transaction delivery.
