A senior structured products lawyer is sought to join a market-leading Structured Finance & Derivatives team. The role is open to candidates for the London or Bristol offices and will involve leading deal work across structured credit, equity and other derivative-linked products for financial institutions, asset managers and corporates.

The team combines transactional depth with regulatory expertise and works closely with regulatory colleagues on capital markets and fintech-related matters. The role offers substantial partner involvement, cross-border work across Europe, the Middle East and APAC, and opportunities to contribute to client development and market initiatives.

Typically 5+ years PQE with strong structured products / derivatives experience.
Experience gained at a leading City or international practice preferred.
Excellent academic background and technical drafting skills.
Client-focused, commercially minded, and willing to support business development and marketing activity.
Ability to work on cross-border matters and collaborate with regulatory specialists.
