Mass Torts Counsel Attorney — Litigation, Chicago

Senior litigation role within a mass torts team focused on asbestos and talc/product‑liability matters. The position involves managing assigned cases through discovery, depositions, motion practice and trial preparation, working with a team of litigators and support staff.

The role requires strong analytical, research and advocacy skills, the ability to supervise junior attorneys and paralegals, and readiness to travel periodically for hearings, depositions and court appearances. Flexible and remote arrangements may be considered.

• 3–5 years of experience in toxic tort, talc, or product liability litigation
• Licensed and in good standing in Illinois (barred in Illinois required)
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills; strong legal research and motion practice experience
• Organized, detail oriented, able to manage cases autonomously and collaborate across teams
• Willingness to travel periodically for court appearances, depositions and hearings
