Seeking a litigation-focused Knowledge Management Lawyer to lead KM strategy and implementation for a Complex Commercial Litigation practice team within a large, national litigation group. The role will design and maintain searchable precedent repositories, improve collaboration sites, and promote consistent KM processes across practice teams.

The lawyer will partner with practice leaders, KM colleagues, and technology teams to deliver workflow improvements, legal project management, training, and practice-facing thought leadership. Responsibilities include developing KM standards, driving adoption of tools (including AI-assisted solutions), and supporting business development and post-matter learning.

  • Juris Doctor (ABA-accredited) and active admission to practice in Illinois in good standing
  • Minimum ~4 years' litigation experience at a large law firm
  • Demonstrated experience with knowledge management, precedents/templates, or legal process improvement
  • Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and project-management skills; ability to work independently and in distributed teams
