We are seeking a medical malpractice associate to join a major national healthcare litigation team in Houston. The role involves defending healthcare providers in state and federal courts and in administrative proceedings across a broad range of clinical areas.

The successful candidate will handle all phases of litigation: drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, preparing and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. This is a hybrid-role opportunity in a fast-paced practice with substantial healthcare litigation resources.

2–7 years post-qualification litigation experience, with a focus on defending medical malpractice matters
Admission to practice in Texas (or immediate ability to obtain)
Trial experience in state and/or federal court required
Strong drafting, advocacy, deposition and case-management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
