We are seeking a corporate associate to join a busy M&A team in the London office. The role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, joint ventures, private equity and cross-border deals.

The team works on mid-market through complex international matters, providing hands-on deal experience and regular client contact. The role suits a collaborative, project-oriented lawyer who enjoys drafting, negotiation and transaction management.

1–3 years post-qualification experience in mergers & acquisitions
Admission (or eligibility to practise) as a solicitor in England & Wales without sponsorship
