Mid-level associate role in a nationally recognized M&A and corporate finance practice based in Atlanta. The team handles complex corporate and private equity transactions; the role focuses on leading deal execution and supporting high-value M&A matters.

Responsibilities include managing transaction timelines, preparing and negotiating equity and asset purchase agreements and ancillary documents, conducting and summarizing legal due diligence, coordinating with bankers and advisors, and supervising more junior team members on deal deliverables.

4–6 years of corporate/M&A experience (mid-level associate)
Substantial experience on complex M&A matters, with emphasis on private equity and private-target transactions
Proven ability to draft and negotiate equity and asset purchase agreements and related transaction documents
Experience conducting and summarizing legal due diligence and managing deal timelines and junior resources
Excellent written and oral communication, strong attention to detail, and ability to work with clients, investment bankers, and other advisors
