Senior Associate — Corporate Transactions

Searching for a transactional Senior Associate to join US corporate teams with immediate openings in multiple offices. The role focuses on M&A and other corporate transactions and will sit on deal teams supporting a broad range of corporate clients.

Ideal candidates have strong academic credentials, proven M&A transactional experience and polished interpersonal and drafting skills. This is a multi-office U.S. opportunity; applications are being accepted from all sources.

• 5-7 years of post-qualification experience with demonstrable M&A/transactional experience
• Strong academic record and excellent drafting, negotiation and project-management skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively on deal teams and manage client relationships
• Bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to be admitted
