Apply in confidence →Join a leading international law firm’s General Counsel office as a Client Contracts Attorney supporting the Conflicts & Business Review function. You will review, draft and negotiate client-drafted engagement terms, NDAs, business associate agreements and other non-standard client contracts, and advise on the firm’s ability to comply with contractual requirements.
The role is collaborative and client-facing within the internal legal team: responsibilities include drafting exception language, negotiating terms when directed, managing redline/version control, completing client due diligence requests, and preparing internal memoranda summarizing approved guidelines.
Remote work is available subject to location approval; occasional travel to a primary office may be required. The position is part of a structured legal team with formal supervision and opportunities to work on cross-functional intake and contract-management projects.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active U.S. law license in the candidate’s jurisdiction
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience reviewing and negotiating contracts; experience with privacy/data protection matters preferred
- Strong drafting, redlining and negotiation skills; excellent oral and written communication
- Proficiency with document comparison and track-change tools and common office software; familiarity with AI-assisted tools preferred
- Detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines; sound judgment and responsiveness
