Mid-Level Associate, Capital Markets (London)

We are seeking a mid-level associate to join a busy capital markets team in London. The role focuses on securities work, with significant exposure to IPOs and other public offerings for UK and international issuers.

The team acts on cross-border transactional matters and regulatory aspects of securities offerings; the role involves drafting, due diligence, coordinating with other jurisdictions and working directly with deal teams and clients. Strong technical knowledge of UK securities law and market practice is essential.

• Qualified solicitor or equivalent in England & Wales, or on track to qualify.
• Experience advising on capital markets and securities transactions, including IPOs and public offerings.
• Strong drafting, deal-management and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-border teams and manage multiple matters to deadline.
