Mid-level Associate — Commercial Finance, Atlanta

We are seeking a mid-level associate to join a commercial finance team in Atlanta. The group advises on a broad range of secured lending matters, including syndicated and asset-based financings, leveraged acquisition financings and mezzanine/second-lien structures.

The role involves drafting and negotiating financing documents, supporting acquisition financings in collaboration with M&A colleagues, and managing multiple matters through to closing. You will work closely with senior finance practitioners on sophisticated, sponsor-backed and corporate lending transactions.

• At least 2 years' experience in commercial finance or a related practice
• Experience with syndicated lending, asset-based lending, leveraged finance, sponsor-backed financings and/or mezzanine lending preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
