The team represents employers in litigation and counseling matters across federal and state law, including defense of single-plaintiff, class and representative actions, wage-and-hour and discrimination claims, as well as internal investigations, traditional labor issues and executive compensation matters.

J.D. and membership (or eligibility) to practice in California
Several years' experience in employment litigation and employer-side counseling
Experience defending single-plaintiff and class/representative actions and advising on wage-and-hour, discrimination, and labor issues
Strong legal research, drafting and client-facing skills; ability to work collaboratively on multi-office matters
