Mid-level Associate, Intellectual Property

We are seeking a mid-level bilingual associate to join a global intellectual property team based in Colombia. The role focuses on copyright and entertainment rights, contentious and administrative IP matters, and unfair competition disputes across local and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will work on analysis, filing, organization, delegation and summarization of copyright and entertainment contracts for online platforms; review contentious-administrative and judicial proceedings before civil courts and administrative IP authorities; and contribute to an innovative, internationally connected practice with career development and wellbeing benefits.

• Qualified lawyer with 5–6 years post-qualification experience in intellectual property.
• Fluent bilingual (Spanish and English) written and spoken.
• Experience with copyright and entertainment contracts, and handling contentious-administrative and judicial IP matters.
• Familiarity with unfair competition, consumer and metrology-related litigation and administrative proceedings before national IP authorities.
