Patent Prosecution & Litigation Associate — Intellectual Property

Seeking a mid-to-senior associate to join a multi-office patent practice focused on electrical engineering and software matters. The role covers both patent prosecution and litigation support across a range of technologies, including AI/ML, semiconductors, software design, and medical devices.

• 4–7 years of patent experience, including drafting and prosecution
• Technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, or a closely related discipline
• USPTO registration required
• Licensed (or able to quickly obtain licensure) in the state of practice
• Experience or interest in AI/machine learning, software, semiconductors, or medical devices is a plus
• Strong written and oral communication, analytical, and organizational skills
