Mid-Level Associate, Latin America Corporate — New York

A New York corporate team is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Latin America practice. The role focuses on cross-border corporate work, with substantial M&A and capital markets responsibilities and regular involvement in running transactions.

Ideal candidates will have strong academics, excellent drafting and deal-management skills, and the ability to work on complex, high-value matters for clients across the region. The team values collaboration, commercial judgment and fluency in matters involving Latin American jurisdictions.

• 3-5 years' post-qualification corporate experience, including M&A and capital markets
• Demonstrated experience running deals and managing key transaction components
• Admission to the New York Bar
• Excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills
