Mid-Level Associate — Mergers & Acquisitions, New York

Top-tier New York corporate team is seeking mid-level associates to join its Mergers & Acquisitions practice. The role focuses on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and joint ventures, with significant exposure to private equity and financial institutions work.

Successful candidates will lead diligence, draft primary deal documents and ancillary agreements, and work closely with clients and deal teams across all transaction phases. The team offers high-profile transactional work and strong mentorship.

• 3–5 years' experience in M&A or private equity transactions
• Proven experience leading due diligence and drafting primary deal documents and ancillary agreements
• Admitted to the New York Bar
