Top-tier international firm is seeking a mid-level real estate associate to join its Miami office. The role focuses on commercial real estate transactional work and provides exposure to matters across multiple offices.

The successful candidate will work on a range of commercial real estate matters, including financing, purchases and sales, and joint ventures, and will have regular client contact and responsibility for managing aspects of matters. This position offers development opportunities, client-facing experience and collaborative work with colleagues across the firm.

3–6 years of real estate transactional experience, preferably from a large law firm
Experience with real estate finance, purchase & sale transactions and/or joint ventures
Demonstrated ability to manage matters and interact directly with clients
Strong drafting skills, excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills
Experience supervising junior attorneys and paralegals
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to a U.S. bar (or eligibility)
