Mid-Level Associate, Restructuring — New York

Mid-level associate opening in a major New York restructuring group. The role focuses on transactional restructuring matters, with opportunities to work on out-of-court restructurings, debt finance, special situations and capital solutions for a broad range of clients.

Candidates will join a team handling complex, cross-border and domestic restructurings; the position offers exposure to high‑profile assignments and collaborative deal work with experienced partners and counsel.

Associate base salary range listed: $225,000 to $435,000 (dependent on class year).

• 2–4 years' relevant transactional restructuring experience
• Experience with out-of-court restructurings, debt finance, special situations and capital solutions
• Admission to practice in New York
• Strong academic and professional credentials; excellent analytical and drafting skills
