Mid-Level Associate, White Collar Litigation — New York

Mid-level associate opportunity in a busy white-collar litigation group based in New York. The role focuses on government investigations, complex disputes, and related courtroom work within a collaborative litigation team.

Typical responsibilities include drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, preparing for and taking depositions, supporting court appearances, assisting with witness interviews and fact development, and conducting strategic legal research and writing. The team seeks a diligent, resourceful attorney able to manage fast-paced matters and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

• 3–4 years of substantive white-collar litigation and government investigations experience
• New York bar admission required
• Proven experience drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and other litigation filings
• Experience preparing for and participating in depositions and court proceedings
• Strong legal research, analytical, and persuasive writing skills; excellent oral communication and teamwork abilities
