Mid-Level Business Immigration Associate — Immigration, New Jersey

Top-tier international law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its business immigration team in the New Jersey office. The role involves managing high-volume corporate immigration work across nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories and supporting compliance matters and audits.

Ideal candidates will work on I-9 compliance, DOL/DHS/DOJ audits, PERM filings, and a variety of nonimmigrant petitions (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, etc.). The position offers exposure to a collaborative team of experienced immigration practitioners and the resources of a large global practice.

• Approximately 5+ years of business immigration experience
• Substantive experience with I-9 compliance and DOL, DHS and DOJ audits
• Proven handling of nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, etc.) and immigrant visa matters, including PERM
• Strong client-service orientation, case management and productivity in a high-volume practice
• Well-developed organizational, advanced writing and analytical skills; experience managing a large client base a plus
