Senior Insurance Coverage Attorney — Insurance Coverage

Seeking a senior attorney to join a national and international insurance coverage practice. The role supports complex commercial insurance coverage litigation, advising insurer clients and participating in coordinated cross‑office matters. The position is open to candidates in the United States with primary bases in Philadelphia or New Jersey; the team works collaboratively across jurisdictions and offers hybrid working arrangements.

• Minimum seven years of insurance coverage litigation experience.
• Strong litigation skills: drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, dispositive motions, and conducting discovery in complex commercial coverage matters.
• Experience taking/defending depositions and arguing or presenting motions preferred.
• Admission and good standing in Pennsylvania or New Jersey required; additional state admissions a plus.
