An established national law firm is seeking a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Boston office. The role involves handling all phases of general commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts, with opportunities to develop courtroom and client-facing experience.

The successful candidate will work on drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery, preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and advising clients on risk management. The firm values strong research and writing skills and offers professional development within a collaborative litigation team.

Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
3–5 years of commercial litigation experience, including both state and federal court practice
Proven research and writing ability; strong academic credentials
Experience drafting pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and taking/defending depositions
Client advisory and risk-management experience; large law firm background preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; the firm is not offering visa sponsorship for this role
