Mid-Level Corporate Associate — San Francisco, CA

Growing national law firm seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Associate to join its San Francisco office. The role focuses on a broad corporate and transactional practice, with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, securities compliance, commercial contracts, entity formations, financings and ownership transitions.

The associate will support senior attorneys, work closely with clients, manage significant portions of transactions, and supervise junior team members on complex matters. This role offers exposure to outside general counsel engagements and varied commercial transactional work.

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice in California.
• Approximately 4–6 years of corporate transactional experience at a large or sophisticated law firm.
• Demonstrated experience in M&A, corporate governance, securities compliance, and entity work.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical and written communication skills; experience managing portions of transactions and coordinating deal teams.
