Mid-level Fund Finance Associate — Charlotte

Mid-level associate opportunity to join a US finance team focused on fund finance and leveraged finance. The role involves advising on secured and unsecured lending transactions to support fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance/private credit matters, bridge loans, and other complex syndicated and bilateral financings.

The position requires handling both domestic and cross-border financings, drafting and negotiating lending agreements and related transaction documents, and working closely with deal teams across practices. The team serves institutional and private capital clients on sophisticated fund and sponsor-backed financings.

• 2–6 years of US law firm transactional experience (fund finance, leveraged finance or private credit preferred)
• Solid experience with secured and unsecured lending transactions, including fund financings, acquisition financings and bridge/leveraged financings
• Strong academic credentials and demonstrable deal experience on complex, high-value transactions
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills; ability to manage multiple matters and collaborate across teams
