Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting motions, managing discovery in complex cases, legal research and writing, and direct interface with clients and opposing counsel. The team emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and client service excellence.

Position is based in Birmingham; the firm expects in-office presence as the default and requires onsite attendance at least three business days per week.

3–5 years of litigation experience (transferrable)
Licensed to practice in Alabama and residing in the Birmingham area at time of hire
Strong drafting, research, and oral communication skills; experience managing complex discovery and motions practice
Excellent academic record, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple matters
