Mid-Level Tax Associate — Project & Energy Finance, Los Angeles

Join a global project, energy and infrastructure finance team as a mid-level tax associate based in Los Angeles. The role focuses on tax structuring and analysis for renewable energy investments, with emphasis on tax-equity financings for wind, solar and similar projects.

Work will center on partnership structuring, drafting transactional documents, and coordinating with cross-functional deal teams on complex financing structures. The position offers exposure to large-scale, market-leading renewable energy transactions handled for institutional clients.

• 3–5 years' tax experience, with significant exposure to tax-equity financings and renewable energy transactions
• Experience structuring and analyzing partnership investments that own project assets
• Strong academic record and technical tax skills
• Prior experience at a major or top-tier law firm preferred; excellent drafting and teamwork abilities
