A leading US law firm

Established national law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Trademark & Copyright team. The role focuses on brand protection work for name-brand clients, including high-volume, multi-jurisdictional trademark clearance, global filing and enforcement program development, and management of large global trademark portfolios.

Multiple U.S. office locations are options for this role. The team values candidates with strong legal writing and analytical skills who are highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented. Experience with TTAB proceedings is a plus but not required.

5+ years of trademark and brand-management experience, including high-volume, multi-jurisdictional trademark clearance
Experience developing or implementing global trademark filing and enforcement programs and managing large trademark portfolios
Strong legal writing, critical thinking, organization, and attention to detail
Experience with TTAB proceedings is a plus
