Senior associate role on a Private Investment Funds team focused on venture capital and private equity fund formation and related transactional work. The team advises on structuring, formation, operation and a range of fund-related transactions for domestic and international clients.

The position is for an experienced lawyer who can contribute in team settings and run substantial components of matters independently. The group values collaborative, cross-practice work and strong drafting and communication skills.

4-6 years' post-qualification experience in fund formation and fund-related transactions
Experience representing venture capital and private equity funds on structuring, formation and operational matters
Track record on financings, acquisitions and alternative investment structures
Excellent written and verbal communication and strong teamwork with ability to manage components independently
Outstanding academic credentials and relevant firm experience; bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
