Private Equity Debt Finance – Junior Associate

We are seeking a highly qualified junior associate to join a dynamic Debt Finance group focused on private equity sponsor-side and lender-side finance work. The role is based in the firm's Silicon Valley office.

The successful candidate will represent private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth matters.

• Experience representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth
• Experience working with credit agreements and commitment papers
• Experience drafting and negotiating collateral agreements and related deliverables
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
