The role involves representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth matters.

Experience representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth facilities
Experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents
Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
