Seeking a mid-senior level finance associate to join a transportation & space practice in New York focusing on structured finance and securitization matters. The role centers on transactional work across a range of asset classes and complex financing structures.

Work will involve originating and executing securitizations, structured financings, acquisition and leveraged financings, leasing transactions and secured lending tied to esoteric assets such as aircraft, railcars, ships, digital infrastructure and energy-related assets.

Ideal candidates have strong academics, substantial large-firm finance experience, and an interest in a transactional practice concentrated on asset-backed and structured deals.

Mid-senior associate level with significant finance experience (securitization, structured finance, securities, acquisition/leveraged financings)
Experience with leasing (leveraged and operating) and secured lending
Large-firm transactional background and strong academic credentials
Interest in working on financings secured by esoteric assets (aircraft, railcars, ships, digital infrastructure, energy assets)
