The group regularly appears before federal agencies on matters involving pipelines, LNG, nuclear licensing, renewables and related funding and export issues.
The role is best suited to a mid‑level to senior associate with substantial experience representing natural gas pipeline clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. You will work on high‑profile, often first‑of‑a‑kind matters that sit at the intersection of law, business and public policy within a collaborative team environment.
- Approximately 5–7 years' post‑qualification experience in energy regulatory work
- Significant experience representing natural gas pipeline companies before FERC; experience with Section 4 natural gas rate cases preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex regulatory filings and agency proceedings
- Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from an ABA‑accredited law school and admission to the U.S. bar
- Team‑oriented, strong writing and advocacy skills
