Leading national law firm seeks a junior- to mid-level associate for its Global Loans/Global Markets team in Seattle. The role offers work on both lender- and borrower-side matters across middle‑market commercial and commercial real estate finance, including revolving facilities, term loans and syndicated credits.

• 2–4 years post‑qualification transactional experience in commercial lending and commercial real estate finance
• Experience with revolving loans, term loans and syndicated credit facilities; private‑equity‑backed acquisition financing or accounting experience a plus
• Strong academic credentials
• Member of the Washington State Bar, or licensed in another state with immediate ability to waive in by motion
