Growing national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate to join its Seattle office. The role focuses on financing transactions for commercial real estate, including lending and mortgage-backed securities matters, working with multidisciplinary teams on complex financings.

The position offers hands-on transactional work across loan documentation, due diligence, and closing processes, with exposure to borrowers, lenders and capital markets products. Strong drafting, deal-management and client-facing skills are important for success.

5–8 years' post-qualification experience in real estate finance or commercial lending
Experience with mortgage-backed securities, loan documentation and financings
Transactional drafting and due-diligence experience; comfortable managing deals to closing
Bar admission in Washington state (or ability to obtain)
LLB/JD from accredited law school
