Midlevel Associate — Investment Management (Boston)

Experienced midlevel associate opportunity in a major firm's investment management practice, resident in Boston. The team advises on the formation and ongoing operation of private investment funds, including hedge, venture capital and private equity funds.

Work will include structuring and drafting management entity agreements, bonus and carried‑interest arrangements, and advising on secondary transactions (including GP‑led restructurings) and institutional investments and co‑investments. Must be admitted to the Massachusetts bar.

• 3–5 years' large law firm experience in private funds or investment management
• Experience forming private funds (hedge, VC and/or PE) and drafting management/compensation documents
• Familiarity with secondary transactions and GP‑led restructurings, and institutional investor work
• Active Massachusetts bar membership required; strong drafting and transactional skills
