Associate — Finance (US)

Top-tier international law firm is accepting opportunistic applications for US-based finance associates. The firm hires across multiple US offices; specific locations will depend on current openings.

This is an ongoing recruiting intake for candidates with transactional finance experience who are interested in being considered for associate roles as openings arise. Submissions will be reviewed for future placement against practice needs.

• Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in finance/ banking transactions or related practice areas.
• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from an accredited law school and admission or eligibility to be admitted to practice in a US jurisdiction.
• Demonstrated experience on finance matters (e.g., lending, syndicated loans, leveraged finance) and strong drafting and transactional skills.
• Excellent academic record, teamwork, and client-service orientation.
