Leading international law firm seeks a midlevel labor & employment associate to join its Chicago litigation team. The role focuses on employment litigation across single-plaintiff and collective/class action matters, with opportunities to work on counseling and internal investigations.

The successful candidate will work on discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation, drafting pleadings and memoranda, and advising clients on workplace disputes. The team handles complex, high-stakes employment matters for a broad range of employers.

Chicago office; candidates must be admitted to the Illinois bar and able to handle client-facing responsibilities in the jurisdiction.

3–5 years litigaton experience with substantial employment litigation exposure
Experience with single-plaintiff and/or class/collective action employment matters; collective bargaining experience a plus
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Active Illinois bar membership required
Excellent client communication and courtroom/tribunal experience preferred
