Midlevel Associate — Labor & Employment

We are seeking a midlevel associate to join a Labor & Employment group, with openings in Philadelphia or Wilmington, DE. The role focuses on employment litigation matters across single-plaintiff and collective/class-action work, wage-and-hour disputes, internal investigations, restrictive-covenant litigation, and arbitration.

The successful candidate will work on motion practice, discovery (including ESI), and drafting briefs and internal memoranda. This is a client-facing litigation role that requires strong research, writing, organization, and analytical skills.

• 2–5 years of experience at a large law firm; litigation experience preferred
• Substantive employment litigation experience (e.g., single-plaintiff matters, wage & hour, class actions, internal investigations, restrictive covenant litigation, or arbitration)
• Experience briefing motions and handling discovery, including ESI
• Excellent research, writing, organization, and analytical skills
• Active Pennsylvania or Delaware bar membership required
