Experienced commercial litigation associate sought for a busy Boston litigation team at a sizable international firm. The role offers responsibility for managing significant phases of commercial disputes matters, working with trial teams, and regular client contact.

Typical work includes legal research and drafting, overseeing discovery (including e-discovery), taking depositions, preparing and arguing motions in state and federal court, and participating in trial preparations. The team provides active mentoring and increasing client responsibilities.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar in good standing
Approximately 3–5 years' litigation experience, with a preference for commercial litigation
Strong legal writing, analysis, advocacy, and courtroom experience (motions, discovery, depositions)
Ability to manage matters independently, prioritize deadlines, and work collaboratively on trial teams
Experience with e-discovery and litigation support tools preferred
