Seeking a midlevel associate to join a national real estate team with opportunities in Chicago, Pittsburgh, Raleigh or Seattle. The role focuses on transactional real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, development and joint ventures.

You will work with experienced real estate lawyers across a US platform, receive active mentoring and be expected to take on increasing responsibility and client contact. The team values strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-quality client service.

3-6 years' real estate transactional experience (acquisitions, dispositions, financings)
Experience with due diligence, leasing, development and joint ventures
Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice preferred
Self-starter who works independently and collaboratively
Strong academic record and excellent written/verbal communication skills
