Mid‑Senior Associate — Corporate (Mergers & Acquisitions)

Experienced corporate associates are being sought for a mid‑to‑senior level M&A role with a leading international law firm. The opportunity is open across multiple offices globally and will sit within a transactional corporate team handling cross‑border and domestic mergers, acquisitions and related corporate work.

The team advises on full‑cycle deal work including buy‑ and sell‑side transactions, private company and sponsor-led deals, and related documentation and negotiations. The role offers exposure to high‑value, complex transactions and collaborative work across jurisdictions.

• Mid‑to‑senior associate level M&A experience in private company and/or sponsor-led transactions
• Qualified lawyer in at least one major jurisdiction (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong drafting, negotiation and deal execution skills on corporate documentation
• Ability to work on cross‑border matters and collaborate with multi‑jurisdictional teams
